The absolute worst pharmacy ever. Not all but most staff is rude.Never have my scripts. They need to train the techs better than they do. The app says it's in process, insurance review, out of stock, etc literally EVERY TIME I try to fill a script that I've been taking for over 10 yrs. Will have 4+refills left on a script and they will look you dead in your face and say oh you don't have any more refills. I mean a pharmacy is one of those businesses where customer service doesn’t matter because it’s a necessity and medication people need. So it doesn’t matter for them to treat people kindly. It’s like a screw you, I know you need this. 1 hour waiting on the phone.

Consistently a dumpster fire. Prescription pickup is a nightmare and the line takes forever, they have to search high and low for your prescription.

I called this Walgreens to check if they had a glucometer in stock, and the pharmacist put me on hold for over 10 minutes just to answer a simple question. I understand they might be busy, but this felt like an unnecessary wait for such a straightforward inquiry. Customer service could be improved.

The worst service you can get!!! Nobody knows anything and they will just ping pong you around!!! Beware don't come near this walgreens. I wasted my time and money there disappointed. I would have given them - start if google has it.
