I mean a pharmacy is one of those businesses where customer service doesn’t matter because it’s a necessity and medication people need. So it doesn’t matter for them to treat people kindly. It’s like a screw you, I know you need this. 1 hour waiting on the phone.

Consistently a dumpster fire. Prescription pickup is a nightmare and the line takes forever, they have to search high and low for your prescription.

I called this Walgreens to check if they had a glucometer in stock, and the pharmacist put me on hold for over 10 minutes just to answer a simple question. I understand they might be busy, but this felt like an unnecessary wait for such a straightforward inquiry. Customer service could be improved.

The worst service you can get!!! Nobody knows anything and they will just ping pong you around!!! Beware don't come near this walgreens. I wasted my time and money there disappointed. I would have given them - start if google has it.

Utter incompetence. Made appointment for 3 of us to get a flu shot. Arrived, went through all the paperwork and disclosures and then they tell me they don’t take CareFirst/Blue Cross insurance. What? Ask them if they give free flu shots then. Nope, $37 apiece. Walk out the front door and realize they have FREE flu shot flyers plastered all over the exterior of the store.
