Went on a search for Gingerbread House kits yesterday morning. Tried Hannaford but they didn't have any. Went to Rite Aid next. It was 7:40 and they don't open until 8. One of the employees came to the door and asked if I needed the pharmacy. I told her that I didn't and that I could come back later but just wanted to know if they had gingerbread house kits. She said they did and she didn't want me to have to come back. She let me in and led me to the kits. They were buy one get one free and they had two left. She rung me up... read more

Was just at the pharmacy to ask a question and I was completely ignored. Really!!!! Needless to say I left.
The employees have great customer service skills. I never have to wait more then 5 mins for my meds at the pharmacy. The front cashiers are always polite and courteous. One of the better Rite Aids I've ever been to.
The Pharmacy is the worst! do yourself a favor and do not use Rite Aid for your pharmacy.
