I highly suggest that you consider speaking with and or removing "Tad" from any customer service role in your store. I unfortunately had to "deal" with his unpleasantness yesterday while going through the drive thru. In a post I made on facebook about said interaction, SO many people commented on my post about dealings with him as well. Every person that commented knew exactly who I was talking about and had the same type of run-ins with him.
