They got time to stand around and talk and laugh but no time to help people or answer their phones. I called the pharmacy for over two hours today and no one would answer. I then call to get someone from the store to answer and before I can say what I needed I was placed on hold.... no one came to the phone in the 25 minutes I sat on hold. We were so excited when that Rite Aid was build and now... the can shut down and disappear. HORRID customer service.
I had to wait an hour for my prescriptions this is the worse pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy on earth. Always a long line, drive through usually closed and never fills prescriptions on time. Avoid at all costs!
