the pharmacy employees are really great. they are knowledgeable,helpful and pleasant. I also think the store employees are very pleasant, helpful and they take care of me quickly and that gives me a good shopping experience.
Unfortunately I am stuck going to Rite Aid because of insurance reasons but this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. This is not a one time incident or is it just my experiences but every other time I drop off a script, they do not have it. If I drop it off saying that I will be back 8 hours later, they will never call to say that it is not there or offer to call another location to fix their mistake and fill it.
