I have had so many problems with the rite aid in long neck delaware(john j Williams highway location)The pharmacist name Robert has hung up on my doctors.He has refused to fill scripts.Has lied about the Good Rx discount card.He has lied said my scripts were transferred when they haven't.You go in and try to talk to him to figure things out refused to talk to me.Mybe it's time to see a lawyer cause is lies are causing me harm.
Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Staff are getting the brunt of customers anger and that's not right. Do what me and others did. Go elsewhere.
Excellent staff. However that said, prescriptions, when called in are lost or take forever to get. You wait on line well over 15 minutes, since they took over other pharmacy. This is a corporate issue not staff but as a customer, I'm out of there. Best of luck
Staff is awesome. That said the ownership sucks. You have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get your scripts..days for a Dr call in and then it may not even be ready. Go to Giant or if you do t mind driving the rite aid in Millsboro is quick and painless. This is an awful place.
This isn't about the staff they are doing their best. That said go elsewhere for your medicine. They say mines ready and I go wait 45 minutes to find it isn't. They say they didn't get my refill and I have to show them THEY sent me "it's ready for pickup" text. They waste my time and will waste yours. This is the owners fault not the workers. Do what I did and just go to their app and transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy. It's so much better!
Go to Giant of Walgreens. The wait time to get your prescription is rediculous, you cannot get anyone in the phone and there's too many other pharmacies around to have to deal with such lousy service from the owner..the staff is great, it's not there fault but if the owner doesn't care ...time to change pharmacy.
