Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They could work on improving their level of customer service here, focusing on the number of people waiting, not on long conversation with each person. They made me wait quite a while when I came to pick up my prescription, even though I came at the designated time. They struggle with insurance coverage and how to use the cash register - putting in 2 registers did not seem to make a difference. I have noticed long lines of frustrated people on most occasions.
