Worst experience at a pharmacy ever! I understand being busy, but when a customer comes in obviously not feeling well and there are no other customers in the pharmacy the least you could do is acknowledge them while they are standing at drop off. I guess when your the only pharmacy open late for people coming in from the hospital you can afford to be rude & uncaring because its not like customers have any other options. I wasnt greeted upon entering the store and it took a while to be checked in for the pharmacy even though I was the only person at drop off. The pharmacy technicians were friendly.
my doctor at the emergency room sent me here and they refused to fill my prescription and told me that I should go to Walgreens. even though they were they only ones open that late
By tearing down and rebuilding, this location I would not recommend them for anything. They use to be a great store and pharmacy. But I do not know what has gone on with this location they lost my prescription that I have to hand carry since it is a controlled medication so I had to get my Doctor to give me a new one. They do not seem to care about customer service.

They need negative numbers as Rite-Aide is so bad I’d rather do street drugs. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but there.
Do not get a prescription filled here. When my kid's doctors asks where to send it I always freeze and say this place. The last 3 or 4 times I have had issues. My prescription was sent in 5 days ago. I went to pick it up the following day and they said sorry you have to wait another 4 days. 4 days later I show up after 8pm, wait in line for 20 minutes and they say sorry it's going to be another hour and a half.
