Rude staff. No one ever seems to know what is going on with prescriptions. Just incompetent all together.
I think I’ve finally learned after this happening time and time again that I am better off making a trip to Hanover or East Berlin, rather than the 5 minute drive down the road to this place. 1 of the 4 staff members working was polite, but didn’t ask him for assistance with anything. I sat at drive thru today for 15 min after pushing call button and then they waited on person inside and i sat and waited .. They have shitty customer service skills.
