Very rude customer service at the pharmacy. I had a prescription faxed over, neither of the 2 ladies working wanted to look for it. They said we haven’t had anything faxed. I’m like can you check they refused. Extremely rude will never go back! Funny thing is I called the drs office and had them fax it to Walmart and they got it and filled it with no issues . Those 2 ladies are very rude and need some customer service lessons.
This pharmacy needs to get it together! I walked in to pick up an rx two weeks ago, the lady asked me my name, finished putting away the stuff in her hand, picked up MORE prescriptions to put away, finished that, THEN got my rx. Today I come to the drive thru to pick up my medicine, and have literally been sitting here for 25 minutes. one car in front on me this whole time, two cars behind me, too. I worked in a pharmacy as a tech for 10 years. I would have been fired for customer service like this.
Worst customer service I have ever received from a pharmacy. Thought the had a bad day the first time, no better the second. Won’t be going back.
Worst customer service in the world at the pharmacy. The african american women in the pharmacy is the rudeist bitch I have ever met. She gave my wife a dirty measuring spoon for our daughters medicine. Stay away, unless you enjoy getting into a pissing match. They don't even deserve a star
