For the THIRD time in a row, I am waiting (3 hours later) for my prescription to be filled.. This time, the prescription was sent by the doctor's office at 11:00 am. I called Rite Aid at noon and was told both would be ready by 4:00. Yet.. Here I am.. WAITING.. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I expressed it is very frustrating to call and be told something would be ready only to find it isn't (4 hours later). I called in refills on Saturday morning and the recording said they would be ready at 1 pm SATURDAY. We were not able to make it into town. When we went after church and arrived there at 1 pm on SUNDAY they said they were NOT ready and they were JUST working on them! We would have wasted TIME and GAS if we had come in when they said it would be ready. Called in one this AM also for my husband and it was to be ready at 12:15.
