This is THE worst pharmacy in the area. Even worse than Walmart and I do not say that lightly. I was SCREAMED at by the pharmtec Kelly today. And lest she say I was berating them, I was not...I was crying. I had been in the car for 3.5 hours trying to fill the prescription for my child running a very high fever. They took over 90 minutes to tell me they were out of the medicine and then another 45 to lose the prescription from the doctor. No one ever called or texted once. Horrible customer service. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech are lazy as hell. Wrong medicine wrong price and I was the wrong patient. They are trying to kill me, I will not go there again.
Pharmacy has gotten HORRIBLE! Pharmacist walks around scowling at everyone and the staff is completely incompetent! They have no sympathy for the sick people they're supposed to be helping! It's stressful enough being sick but then to have to deal with rude people sends people over the edge
Nothing to do with the pharmacy, I just want to say that there's a cashier there that rolls her eyes and talks shit about people that does multiple transactions to other customers. Never experienced anything like this during my 3years of shopping at about 6 other different riteaids!!!!!
I just want to tell very one how AMAZING Sindi in the pharmacy is! I have been battling L&I with my husbands workmans comp claim and was still having problems getting them to approve the medications my husband needed after getting out if the hospital. Sindi went COMPLETELY above and beyond helping me contact the Dr and having him contact L&I for us! Because of her efforts, L&I has now approved the ENTIRE claim!! This has relieved so much stress for my family and I am so grateful! THANK YOU Rite Aid, and specifically Sindi!
