Rude, incompetent , accuses everyone of stealing. Swears in front of customers, throws dirty looks, makes fun of people and what they look like or are wearing. The store is always a mess and the manager is downright rude and nasty and hates it when she has to actually work instead of playing games on her phone in the office.
