It's hard enough being sick but it's a nightmare trying to pick up meds. Short staffed and pharmacist is busy with vaccines. I heard one pharmacist said they weren't going to fill prescriptions because they were busy with vaccines all day. Job one for a pharmacy is to fill prescriptions and guide customers in their use.

Very rude customer service. Tried emailing corporate site not working. Attempted to contact manager and she’s not available until September. I certainly would not recommend going here and being met with snarky and rude cashiers/fill in manager. Walgreens, Walmart or Target are much better choices. No more for me.
If I could give no stars I would. Today I went to pick up a prescription and was told that it'd be $60 for it. After telling the lady I didn't have $60 to spend on it and that I wouldn't be getting it today, she rudely laughed at me. Needless to say that will be the last time I ever go to this rite aid for anything. A call to corporate will also be made. Some of your employees really need some training in customer service.
We have been coming here for years, the service has gone down hill. Everyone we call in prescription or use the app or a doctor send it over, we are told one to two hours. Ok, that's fine but when I come six hours or the next day to pick up the scripts, have them ready Please! Instead I sit in a car with no A.C. and the sun beating down on me. I'm going on a half an hour. And was just told I should come in because one has to be processed are you flipping kidding me????? Why have a drive-thru???
I would just like to say I will never go to the rite Aid pharmacy on mt zoar street again,after having surgery and having to go there twice due to them not paying attention to what I was even saying then when I did FINALLY get my medicine the pharmacy staff there were rude not friendly at all!!
