I was at the check out and a man walked in without a mask. I asked the cashier if she was going to say something. She said that the corporate office doesn’t let them even though it is a statewide mandate. Rite Aid cares more about their profits than our health. Odd for a company that touts wellness. Won’t go back to that or any other Rite Aid and stick to shopping at stores where the corporate office mandates masks. They at least have stepped up where many others have been to greedy to.
I understand it's a very hard time right now and a lot of stores are out of products but RiteAid has no right to keep things in the backroom for their employees to buy first. Why would I recommend a store that does that to their customers?
I've been going to Walgreens for years and thought I'd try here. No issues and they made my prescriptions while I waited without copping an idgaf attitude like Walgreens. I'll be switching pharmacies to rite aid soon
The pharmacy opens late & it took over 24 hours to get prescription ready... :-/
Worst customer service ever in the pharmacy. Terrible response from associates, no resolve. Don't even waste your time.
