A three hour wait, rude employees and the guy tried to charge me for something my insurance covered in full. When I questioned him about it he gave an awkward chuckle and said it was supposed to be a joke. The last time I went to this pharmacy was 4 years ago and I wrote on my Facebook how horrible they were then. Unfortunately they are the only 24 hour pharmacy within at least an hours drive. I’d rather be sick till morning than deal with them again.
Omg what a joke. 7 people on staff late, evening, No one waiting, and you can't fill a script in 20 minutes for a waiting patient. You are a joke. There is a reason why I don't use your pharmacy! Apparently this is also your top notch customer service. Way to knock it out of the park! I could have been to Spokane and back in the time it took you to fill my script! Thanks!
This is the worst pharmacy imaginable! Yet again they cannot fill a prescription but don't have the decency to call me during normal business hours to tell me so I can call the Doctor to fix things. And yet again I get this notice from a technician with a smile on her face! If only there was another ... oh, wait! There are several other pharmacies in the area. So, Rite Aid, here is your warning ... you are FIRED!
I have been rite aid for long time. They are nice people there and if I have question they help me.
Turned in a prescription from my Doctor last week,fill date the 20th, rite aid called told me he had the wrong date on it,my doc said no he has the right day,I call this morning to see if it's ready told I can't get it till the 21st,then told I can't get it till the 23rd,so rite aid gave me the 18,20,21,23 on a prescription that says the 20th,shame on you rite aid for changing a fill date from a doctor,will be looking for a better pharmacy. There pharmacy staff need to be just a little more friendly and smile a little more. I will be transferring pharmacies now.
Was just there. They told me that my insurance expired 4 months ago, which it hasn't. Then Shelly asked if we were on state. Um. No, Shelly, we aren't on state. I pay a lot of money every month for my insurance that you aren't bright enough to figure out how to bill. It's a major insurance, by the way, not hard. Be thankful every day that you have a job. You don't deserve it.
Worst customer service EVER. They take FOREVER and don't seem to understand that sometimes the people in line, waiting for meds might actually BE the ones that are sick and may not feel well. So all the excuses in the world for why there's no one in line and the prescriptions STILL aren't filled is just not going to cut it.
