Probably the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. For the amount of money they have spent on remodeling, they should consider spending some on hiring more help in the pharmacy. Had to wait 20 minutes in line to pick up prescription, then was told to move to drop off side because they didn't have my insurance on file. Then was told I had to get back in the pickup line that at was 5+ people deep just to pay for my prescription. They rank right up there with the DMV. May just have to consider a new pharmacy... read more
