I (annalis nares) found a strand of hair in each of my ice cream scoops. They were so long and imbedded into my ice cream that I was no longer craving my soft serve delight. Quality control should be taken more seriously here so this won’t be a thing anymore.

When my family and I walked in, we were not sure who to ask for help because the only worker there was wearing a Colorado crew neck and didn’t say anything as we and others entered the store. Usually, people have name tags or a way to identify if they work there or not and this was not the case.
