I went there for an influenza vaccination. The staff is very nice. No complaints there. It was just agonizingly slow. Get in line, get a form. Fill out form, get back in line to hand it in. Then wait while your insurance is run and until someone can administer the vaccine, which is done while seated out in the open. There was no privacy, and people were milling about. The person who gave the injection did a fantastic job and it was painless. I just think they could streamline the process, and provide just a bit more privacy.
