A careless, clueless and rude business – On a recent trip to Syracuse, I dropped off two shirts to be pressed at
Shop anywhere else. I'll give you a ride. – Worst store ever. If I could give a minus 12 rating, that's what it woudl be. Traditionally the service is a bit slow, but it's a small everyone knows everyone else's business neighborhood. Unless you're stopping there to see one of the employees on a social visit, there's absolutely no use for this store. You won't find anything, and you absolutely won't receive any kind of specialized service (photo, locked items). If you choose to call any issue to the attention of the manager -... read more
unprofessional pharmacist – possibly worst customer service from pharmacy/st ever. not sure if she's new or just not professional (started filling prescriptions for my Dad ~ 2 mo ago). the pharmacist working there very unprofessional and started to flirting while reading (what could've been mine - but were my dad's) prescriptions! i thought there were better places to pick guys up than pharmacy! also very unprofessional attire - short skirt created traffic among customers and patients, add high heels (which she had!) and you... read more
Horrible Customer Service – This pharmacy staff told to my doctor's office that they would stock a few dosages of a hard to fill prescription. When I tried to pick it up, however, they told me they needed 24 hours to fill it. After confirming with my doctor's office I still needed the medication, my doctor's office called the pharmacy to confirm that the medication should be ordered. I called the next morning and confirmed that the prescription was in. When i tried to pick it up, I was told it hadn't been ordered becuase the... read more
Argumentive Employees – I bought, in addition to many other items, a new walking cane tip for better support (grip) for my aging mother at the Ordway Pharmacy past July. Unfortunately, the cane diameter was too large and did not fit the tip. I took this cane tip from Monterey all the way to Europe where my mother lives and back to Monterey to return it. I miss-placed the receipt and finally found it past weekend. When I tried to return it today the lady (Chrissie / Christie??) started arguing with me that the purchase is mor... read more
Very Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff – I love this store! For example, just today I called and Sherry answered and was extremely helpful to me. I have been looking for a certain hair product and she went and looked and the store does carry it so she put it behind the counter for me to get after work. Not sure if she see's these review but, Thank You Thank You Sherry! I thank you and so does my Mom (it's her hair I am coloring tonight)
