So I went there after I had 5 teeth removed today to turn in my prescription for antibiotics and pain medicine. The lady at the counter said that can only fill my antibiotics and couldn’t fill my pain medication and told me that my prescription was not valid. So as of right now I’m having my doctor deliver my prescription personally to rite aid pharmacy in Hanford. Rude customer service from Cliff the Pharmacist. Clearly customer service is not good for him. Told me if i need my medication that urgent care called in today I should just go to ER. I will be contacting the corporate office of rite aid to report him.
They have the worlds worst pharmacy. The customer service is horrible, they never have the meds. When they tell u to come at a certain time it still isn’t ready.
Cough as you get stuck and you won’t feel it. Great job.
