The staff is rude and incompetent... There is always a mile long line at the pharmacy and checkout... The food and merchandise is overpriced... I switched to CVS yesterday after my final visit there... They REALLY shot themselves in the foot sending me this survey request...
I came in to get a listing of all my prescriptions for the past year. Nothing new, do it every year. Today, I have been here for 45 minutes and I still can't get my listing. On Monday of this week (10/17), I had to wait an hour to get my antibiotic for an upper respiratory infection. If it were not for Gabe Walsh and Amy Lafferty (my CDE), I would have switched over to CVS.
