Rite Aid Pharmacy in Woodinville, WA takes the cake for absolutely worst customer service. They couldn't get my prescriptions right and blamed it on another pharmacy where I got it filled several months prior. The pharmacist was mean and abrupt and it was obvious she did not care the least bit to try and be helpful. She even lied and made excuses not to help then told me to go to another pharmacy. negative 10. what a joke. so are the 3 stooges that work there. If you offer a service and cannot provide that service in a timely fashion that is a problem. You are also intentionally dishonest. The reason your customers are coming to your pharmacy is because they are ill or have pain etc.etc. thus the reason for the anti-inflammatory rx i needed in which should also be filled in a time appropriate manor. This rite aide has the worst customer Service of any pharmacy I have ever gone to in my life it didn’t used to be that way up until about four years ago but it has gone down rapidly since The pharmacist is not only rude to me but when the nurse from my doctors office called they were rude to her as well it’s really not worth going there go across the street to Ferndale Pharmacy you’ll find much better quicker service
