Seriously! A drive thru pharmacy that makes you come in to but over the counter Tylenol for you child with a fever. Too bad Bartell’s isn’t around.
Last night we took my 3yr old granddaughter to Rite Aid. She grabbed a rolling basket and filled it up with all kinds of treasures she thought she needed. Her mom and i even had to sneak a few thing out 🙊 When we were ready to check out, Natalie, the cashier, was so kind and patient. This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I show up 3 hours after I know the doctor has electronically sent the perscription and they have not even looked at it. This might be acceptable if it happened once but this is my fourth trip in a week and it has been the same evertime.
This pharmacy is the most in competent pharmacy ive ever used! They lose prescription, prescriptions, constantly change protocol and have shit customer service.
I was at rite Aid buying medicine for my husband. I didn't know one of the medicines was on coupon. The cashier I think her name was Morgan pointed it out to me. It saved me eight dollars. So appreciated it. :)
