On a Thursday, 9 days ago, I requested a refill on a prescription that I knew I would need to have authorized. I called the following day to see if they had received authorization. They had not. I called my doctor's office and they said they would message the doctor. Monday I called Rite Aid again and they said they still had not received it. Pharmacy staff especially Stephanie are rude and unhelpful. I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy.

I had to take a covert 19 test for my job. The closest location was an hour from me here in Hellertown. The staff made me feel at ease they made jokes and made the test much more livable. Thank you so much I was very nervous.

This is a GREAT Location. GREAT Staff. However, on July 15, 2020, this happened: I went to Rite Aid to pick up a prescription. This guy walked in, had to be in his 60’s like me. NO MASK. I turned around, looked at him, nodded my head, and pointed to my mask. #WearAMaskEveryone 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
I am very grateful that Rite Aid is operating a drive through COVID testing site. However, it was very concerning to see one of the pharmacy employees who was working at the drive through window wearing his mask as a chin guard. PPE should be worn correctly in any situation, but *especially* while being exposed to large numbers of people and working with possibly COVID positive swabs and samples. They take way too long filling my proscription and i have been arguing with them for 3days about a prescription. today they said that my rx cant be filled even tho their system sent me an email saying that it could be filled today and a pharmacist said he would have it ready this morning. im tired of dealing with the bs so im looking for a new pharmacy to work with.
