this place is terrible!' their retail prices are INSULTING, and if you make a special trip to pick up something on sale...THEY WILL NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK. stay away from shopping here...they will take more of your money than most other stores...

A few nasty employees ruin the store... – Much of the staff is pleasant, but there are a few particularly nasty employees, including a shift supervisor, who make this a particularly unpleasant place to shop. On top of that, some of the products are very low quality and you have to jump through far more hoops than you should to just get your money back.

Very Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff – I love this store! For example, just today I called and Sherry answered and was extremely helpful to me. I have been looking for a certain hair product and she went and looked and the store does carry it so she put it behind the counter for me to get after work. Not sure if she see's these review but, Thank You Thank You Sherry! I thank you and so does my Mom (it's her hair I am coloring tonight)
