Next time I have trouble with the rite aid pharmacy manager in new Lebanon, I will be calling corporate. He’s been rude to my mother, rude as hell to my wife, and was to me today. Someone needs to put his ass in place, and the “adult” way of handling that would be to call corporate. Keep it up buddy.
I had a bad experience when I brought my husband home from the hospital after surgery. I went to fill his prescription for pain and they said they couldn't fill it...so I asked if they could call another pharmacy where I could get it immediately..I was so annoyed when they said we don't have time to help you we're closing in half an hour. I have never stepped foot in that pharmacy since. This was before Reeds and now they get all my business. I support small business.
