I am giving a one star review due completely to mysterious goings-on in the pharmacy. I have been shorted on medications two different times now (same prescription - something for chronic pain). One month I was down 4, and this month I was down 1. As far as I know, pills are counted by 2 different people, but what are the odds that 2 people get the counts wrong by the exact same number? Is it sloppiness? Lack of caring on the pharmacy's side? Not following protocols? Or is it something less savory - is someone pinching pills... read more
