Don’t even waste your time going to this rite aid. They literally look like they’re going out of business every time i go. Entire sections/aisles completely empty. All of the coolers for drinks are 100% empty. Even the pharmacy lacks urgency. Just don’t go to this rite aid. I never see this at rite aids in predominantly WHITE neighborhoods but because this is a minority neighborhood they don’t care. There’s a cvs a few minutes down the road go there instead.

OMG, this store has not had any merchandise for over a year. You ask questions, super vague responses. The pharmacy is ridiculous slow. Im so over it. Please just shutter and lock the doors. You're already closed, you just forgot to tell the staff.

It is honestly rather unfortunate that Google Maps does not allow posting a review that contains 0 stars. If they did, then there is absolutely no room for doubt that this store would most certainly have earned such a rating. Don't go to this store if you need *anything*. Short on off-the-shelf allergy medicine? You won't find it here. Need some last minute acetaminophen? Nope. Does someone have a cough and you need a throat lozenge or spray (e.g. Chloraseptic)? Strongly recommend transferring your prescriptions elsewhere before this pharmacy closes permanently. The lack of urgency and poor time management is unacceptable. Today, over five people were waiting outside at opening time, yet the staff deliberately took their time and didn’t open until 9:06 AM. There are still four people behind me in line at the pharmacy and the staff shows no concern for customers' time. If you value efficiency and reliability, look elsewhere.
