Pharmacists were charging me for needles and syringes I needed for my injection meds. It wasn't until I switched pharmacies that I found out MY INSURANCE COVERS NEEDLES AND SYRINGES. I filed a complaint and waited weeks for a response from your DM. When I finally got one it was just a half assed emailed apology for the pharmacist being rude.
