I don’t see how you can call yourself a pharmacy when you guys take 6 hours to 24 hours to fill prescriptions. 3 weeks ago I went 1.5 hours after the script was sent and was told they’d be ready in two hours. So I called at 2 hours and was told I needed to wait another 2 hours. Yesterday my husband needed scripts filled around 2pm, told to come back as well. What a useless store!! It used to be good but not anymore. The shelves are absolutely bare of even the most basic essentials. Don't even waste your time stopping in there.
The Rite Aid at 3300 E Market St in York is terrible. Think about it, they don’t even have 3 stars for a reason. They went for bad to worse and just keeps going downhill, so after yesterday I decided I have to switch pharmacies. No one there communicates and no one can get their stories straight. I just totally lost my trust in them and at this point I hope they are one of the stores that get shut down because that store shouldn’t be filling prescriptions for anyone.
I have been using this pharmacy for several months and have had questions several times for Bob, one of the pharmacists. He has always made time to answer my questions and from the first time I ordered, the helpfulness of both he and all the other pharmacy staff have been both professional as well as friendly. One of the RXs I get monthly is not something every pharmacy would have on hand or, if they do, would not have the quantity in stock. Never ready on time, I had 2 unsuccessful experience with this pharmacy. They ask you to come later since it's not ready. Then they asked to come later again, and then they notified me that my insurance doesn’t cover it. Why did they not check it the first time when I came for pick up? I will switch the pharmacy. looks like they work slowly or do not control the workflow. Please enhance the management
