I ran to this location because the website said it closed at 7:00pm on a Saturday. Waste of my time, I got there at 6:50pm and the doors were already locked and the lights were off!

This riteaid is going downhill fast. I've gone to this rite aid for many years and had no issues. This past year the place has become a joke. Nobody answers the phone, can't get my prescriptions on the day they're due. And when i finally received a text that they're ready, I couldn't get them. I was WAITING forever in line at pharmacy pickup, and at 5pm thayt shut the doors. Sorry closed!! what, I've been waiting, with 3 cars ahead of me. So the store says open until 6pm, 5:01 doors are locked..I think Walgreens gives better... read more

Deserves 0 stars. They have a sign on the window saying pharmacy is closed due to staffing issues. Very unprofessional. Where is manager? What if someone wasin need of an important medication? One of the worst rite aids around. They never answer the phone either.

I have been a rite aid customer for many years. It is my go to pharmacy for things other than prescriptions. Today I had a question about the bonus cash program. I have been a rewards member since day one. The cashier (Autumn) took the extra time to explain it to me and set up application. I am pleased and grateful. Love Rite Aid.
