the pharmacy is indeed very rude. there was a mistake with my prescription where it was filed under the wrong DOB, and since it didn't show up for me immediately, they told me to leave because it didn't exist and insisted I was wrong. they helped me figure it out in the end but it was a pretty abrasive first impression
Not sure about the pharmacy here. But the rest of the staff was very friendly in helping me find what i needed while on vacation. There was a younger guy up front that showed me to what I needed ! Great job!
I called to see if they had a medication in stock that I could not get from the other Rite Aid and she was rude and you could tell didn’t even wanna help me. I don’t understand how people get away with being so so rude to customers if you don’t like your job go somewhere else.
Drive thru attendant is extremely rude. She needs to find a profession that doesn’t involve customer service.
