Reviewing pharmacy experience only: Overall, great experience at Rite Aid pharmacy. The online appointment system made it easy to schedule a time that worked for me, and there was no wait when I arrived for my flu vaccine. The pharmacist was efficient and friendly, and I was in and out of the pharmacy in less than 10 minutes!Â
It went like this, “Can you help me find this product.” Looks around the store like I did and can’t find the product. “Doesn’t look like we have it.” “It says your store has it and inventory was updated yesterday, is there a way for you to look up the location?” “No.” “Ok, so if I order it for free in store pickup how do you know where to find it?” “It tells us exactly where it is.” 🤦🏻‍♀️ In the amount of time it took me to leave, go home, and write this review…. my order for that product is ready. Waste of time.Â
