Worst pharmacy in longview would never recommend anyone to come here. Staff is unprofessional.
I used to use Rite Aid personally and I had to switch as my prescriptions took forever, they have unpredictable hours, their drive through is ALWAYS closed and when you walk in the store there is a line about 10 people deep. Employees are for the most part not friendly and the pharmacist I spoke to today was an arrogant jerk. really wanted to like you. but for some reason my medication is only allowed to be refilled on the very day that I need to take it again. I don't understand how this is fair if there's a problem I don't get my medication and I lapse I have withdrawals and symptoms if I don't get my medication on time. This is just unacceptable why don't you care about people
This has been the most consist pharmacy I have used since moving to the area 5.5 years ago. I do feel they’re possibly understaffed, but always helpful and professional. Thanks, I am really grateful.
What is going on at Rite Aid?? Kelso and Longview!! I've never had so many problems getting prescriptions!! If you don't have enough employees, HIRE SOME! Or, just close the damn store. They are so screwed up, I've gone 3 times to pick up a prescription that they text me to say was ready! No more drive thru, now they can't even get my prescription in stock. It's no wonder your store is crashing. It's worse than horrible
