Had my prescription for a month and still has not been filled. Requested the hard copy and now it cannot be found. Only four employees were seen in the store. Extremely SLOW to assist, and at one time there were 12 people waiting for help. Will NEVER use this place again.
This is the SLOWEST pharmacy ever. And not from a single experience. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and am ready to move all my prescriptions, because without fail, there are 3-4 people in line. No one has even a slight sense of urgency. Multiple times I have failed to squeeze a prescription pickup into a 20-30 minute slot that I had open in the day. 20 minutes should be all the time in the world to pick up a prescription. Recently had an interview with Daniel for a pharmacy position. Let me start off by saying the SM was super nice and that gave me confidence, but I’ve never felt so disrespected and made to feel stupid in an interview in my life.
