Every time I go in they never have my deodorant. Because of this, I haven’t used deodorant in several months.
The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are so so incompetent and rude. The past pharmacist’s and past staff that no longer work there were great and sorely missed. They treated me so well and didn’t judge me when i was on pain management for 10 years. New staff and pharmacist did NOT. Moved to CVS in Washington NJ and am not looking back. Very satisfied with CVS.
Store is Horribly mismanaged, pharmacy does not answer the phone to be able to speak to anyone in the pharmacy ; if you have a choice go elsewhere .
The staff from the pharmacy are sooooo unprofessional. We are not in the projects for them to speak to people like we are beneath them. Not even a good morning, not even may I have your name or date of birth. They ask “who are you”. This whole pharmacy needs new staff. It’s obvious that if a prescription was sent to them it’s for a reason. Patients are already feeling sick. Nobody wants to deal with their nasty attitude. The Belvidere Rite Aid is awesome. The pharmacist and all her associates are incredibly hard working and are always smiling and friendly even when there are a lot of orders they're working on. I am very grateful that Rite Aid is in Belvidere. It is my go to place for all my prescriptions, but I also rely on them for OTC medicines, bandages, makeup and great chocolate and decorations during the holidays.
