Complete garbage. They can take a week to fill your prescriptions, they never seem to want to answer the phone, and don't even bother to contact you when there are issues with your prescription. Slow to pick up prescriptions (they often have to look all over the place to find them) and, can often be pretty short and nasty with customers. Then there's the giant pot hole obstacle course (for years now). They really don't care about you, and if you can, please go somewhere else. You'll be a lot happier in the long-term.
Pharmacy staff has an incredible lack of empathy and are devoid of any customer service skills. The Rite Aid on Millersport was beyond amazing, it’s almost comical how bad this location is. You have to call for 20-30 mins just to get someone to answer the phone, the drive thru is always closed, and they’re so slow cashing out prescriptions. I’ve waited in line inside the store for over 30 mins, and over 40 mins in the drive thru. My spouse called for a refill today and was told it would be ready in 45 mins at 3 pm. I don’t like the potholes I wish they can fix it before someone gets hurt or bust their tires the potholes look like moon craters look like you can go swimming in them
Pharmacy sucks
Rite aid is a joke. Hours are ridiculous closing pharmacy at 6 pm. Why even bother having a pharmacy? If something doesn't change i will be changing my store. Pharmacy does not even answer phone
