i'm going to miss this location, Marnie and Barbara and Angie were real heros many times especially during covid. Grateful for them.
This place is awful. Like a pre-Glasnost Russian supermarket. The shelves are bare. Waited 45 minutes to be told the medication was “out”. Replacement prescription was phoned in same day. Took them 2 days. No text. Just went and stood in front of them. They then got to work. When I asked what was going on, the woman said “We’re going through bankruptcy.” Avoid. There’s a CVS a thousand yards away. You’ve been warned.
I thought the store would be crowded because I found the ONLY free spot in the lot. The store was Empty and I was told by an employee that everyone parked in their lot and goes everywhere for hours. This is very inconvenient and gives the impression that the store is crowded when it's not which certainly drives customers away. Since the lot has visible " Customer Parking Only " signs, I think it's time to start towing cars !
Used to be good. Now it seems that items aren't restocked very often and they're closed at random times.
Sebastopol Rite Aid is the best!
