I love this pharmacy because it's near my house but the only thing I worry about is the store is starting to look very empty and I'm afraid this store might be closing soon. I'm so familiar with the pharmacy staff there and it's so accessible from the train station and the supermarket. I really hope this location doesn't close because so many have closed in this area. Good store but 2 times when I was there people were stealing and they didn't do nothing about it
This is less a review of the store (which is clean and well-organized) than it is about Patricia, a supervisor on the job when I really *really* needed to use the restroom. Store policy dictates that a staff member must accompany a customer to the area where the facilities are. Just my luck, she and the cashier were the only staff present: The latter needed to man checkout, while she had to roam at-large to open locked cabinets for patrons. I was waiting for ten minutes just for someone to come unlock a product for me. As i was waiting a worker passed me and when i asked for help she brushed me off & told me to “wait a minute” after waiting several minutes i had to go look for someone to come unlock my product, a different lady told me to wait again, i was very upset i told her i had already been waiting for a long time, she argued with me back and worth until she finally unlocked the product i paid and left. on my way out i noticed the product is completely di... read more
