Terrible attitude and courtesy. I was looking for an ear pain medicine all around. Local CVS and other stores ran out of it. If you had it once you know. Came 8:15 (they opening at 9). Saw two associates working one (lady near the door literally). Showing a picture what I need and asking could you tell me if you have it and I will come back at 9. Had difficulty refilling prescription so I stepped out to call my doctor. When I came back into the pharmacy, the female pharmacist was blatantly talking about me to another employee. There was absolutely zero communication from the pharmacy about my prescription and the female pharmacist was extremely rude. Absolutely unacceptable, switching pharmacies and contacting a higher authority
The person there was very helpful. it was great that the store was open on a holiday weekend. I found what I wanted with the help of the person who worked there. All good.
I love coming to this Rite Aid. My kiddo and I can always find a great steal. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. The store is always neat with hard working staff like Maya and Fred. They’re always organizing and stocking. Not to mention the pharmacy <3 super helpful pharmacist and techs.
