Worst pharmacy! Ever since I moved here and transferred from my old towns rite aid it has been nothing but problems. Then the lady wants to give me an attitude after she lied to me
Since I was transferred here, I have had nothing but trouble getting prescriptions filled and refilled ... Labels and dates are incorrect, sure do miss my old pharmacy..
This location lost a loyal customer last night. This was not over one incident. This is an ongoing issue of them NEVER answering the phone and my prescription "had to be ordered". In the past I was on a med that was filled monthly. Multiple times I was told " it's not in stock it wasn't ordered " Last night I was in severe discomfort and just wanted the medication my doctor ordered for me to feel better. This pharmacy NEVER answers they're phone....and if your prescription isn't ready they have NO GUESS as to when it'll be ready I was told today at the carbondale location that a med wasn't even started yet and no time frame sometime before 9pm.....what a joke I never have issues at CVS..and no these are not pain pills just a medicated/antibiotic cream. Never once have they answered the phone when I call or anyone else I've spoken with.....read the reviews.
I’ve been trying to call for an elderly woman who claimed she couldn’t get thru on the phone, and when she does the phone is hung up on her. I decided to try for her and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone in this pharmacy. F.Y.I. There is a lot of elderly who still don’t use text/emails or have smartphones to fill their prescriptions.
