Store is always very clean , workers are very polite, and I just feel comfortable when I'm there
Don't go here, period. TERRIBLE service, EVEN WORSE attitudes. I called in my prescription refill last week. I was told it would be ready for pickup the following day. I actually waited 2 days after that to pick it up and when I got there I was told they "forgot" to order it. Went back today and Terry, the pharmacy tech at the drive through was INCREDIBLY rude. Absolutely worst pharmacy stood in front of line for 20 minutes then finally woman comes up with an attitude probably because I interrupted her pill counting and gives me a big problem with the metoprolol a heart medication a beta blocker which isn’t a controlled substance and is very important to not stop taking every day well I was advised that by the male and female pharmacist if I was abusing it. I'm so thankful for the people who work at Rite Aid pharmacy, they answer the phone when I need to talk to someone about getting my medicine, and they get it quickly. Most other pharmacies do not answer calls at all and you have to either go there and talk to someone face to face, or leave a message and hope to God they call you back.
