No stars at all. If you are on maintenance medication please avoid using this pharmacy very inept and full of empty excuses and promises. No wonder they are closing down stores. Avoid this store if your health matters
There are two lines at the drive up for the pharmacy. One on the left is Lane 1 and one on the right that is Lane 2. Rite Aid should put a sign that says Lane 1 is for pick up and Lane 2 is for drop off only. That would save people from missing a spot in line because you can not pick up from both sides.
I'm sorry to share a poor experience. Shelves were empty even after a promising text saying they would soon be filled now that they were coming out of a bankruptcy experience. The cold case was bare. No Diet Pepsi, a cold case staple. No Cherry Coke Zero. Okay not all cold cases have it. NO ICE. A pet peeve. Everyone has ice but this particular store has for years had difficulty keeping their ice stocked. It was always a gamble as to whether I would find any.
