I have been calling for over AN HOUR AND A HALF. They are open. The phone system rings and rings and sends you back to the beginning. At one point about 30 minutes in someone finally answered, I asked a question regarding my prescription, and they said "let me transfer you to the pharmacy"?!! I had selected option 3 "speak to a pharmacist", how did I get another department and then why was I on hold for another 20 minutes before I gave up and called back and tried every single option to reach someone for almost another hour,... read more
Worst experience with a pharmacy ever… I will never go back to any Rite Aid due to the lack of experience and incompetence this pharmacist had! Took 2 days to receive meds and over priced after they didn’t have the right size vials!
Riteaid is the worst pharmacy. Never can get ahold of them no matter when you call. Pathetic. No wonder their closing everywhere worthless pharmacies
