Update: the guy with the frosted tips who I mentioned below never filled my prescription, despite being told it would be an hour. I called today and spoke with someone lovely who confirmed that he never started on it. I hope management sees this but I’ve already moved my prescriptions to Walgreens down the road. I was going to this pharmacy for two years but as of the last several months I cannot deal with it anymore. It’s terrible. Every time I try to call which has been 7x today, they answer the phone, you can hear them, and then they hang up on you. Poor customer service and lack of care for patients seeking information about prescriptions or vaccine appts
