Painful horrible experience from calling in prescription because this pharmacist doesn’t text when they’re due it could be 9am and she tells you you can pick it up at 5. When you come then not ready angry leave and come back next day not ready but wait it’s only the one pharmacist Ashley Thomas
Ashley is an amazing pharmacist! She's friendly, intelligent and honest. She's a "by the books" type of pharmacist and Rite Aid is lucky to have her.
The pharmacists here are not qualified to be pharmacists. Mrs. Kimberly Kornokovich and Ms. Ashley Thomas refused to fill medication for my wife and me when we were going on vacation and needed it early. In both cases, our doctors approved the early filling. Yet these two thought they knew better than the doctors and refused. Awful, awful situation with two pharmacists on a power trip. Never go here.
Wonderful experience using this pharmacy for the first time. The associate worked hard to find me the best price for my prescription, and prepared it for me quickly. I couldn't ask for better or friendlier service.
Had an appointment for my child to receive both a flu and Covid vaccine today at 11 am, only to be called an hour beforehand letting me know that a prescription is required for both. Why are you letting me know now? Why don’t you provide a prompt or warning when I scheduled it online after I entered his birthdate? I’m trying to make sense of this but simply cannot understand your logic. Now you are delaying the vaccination if my child and possibly risking and endangering his health. Negligible.
