I am definitely changing my pharmacy y'all are very unprofessional I remember one time I almost had an altercation with this young boy that was working there and he was so disrespectful and very unprofessional like I will never ever want to refill my prescription by these people. And the fact that you don't even answer your phones anymore I don't even send me a text about my prescription that is ready or not it is very unhumane.
Phone away ringing. Rude Employee. My medicine was not ready on time. I am changing my pharmacy.
This Pharmacy sucks. The employees never answer the phones, if they do, they seem to be rushed and annoyed. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
At this location the phone always ringing or forward to voicemail. The voicemail is full. O star. Customer service skills very unprofessional and rude attitude.The prescription was call in in early in the morning. The medication was not ready later that day. Laughing and joking around while on the phone with customers. It is inhumane. Everyone medicine should be ready on time. I think at this location employees need to be retrain.
