Will miss the pharmacy - staff is wayyyy above and beyond local Safeway or Walgreen pharmacy staff/experience/interaction! Why why why why why???????
I requested a refill over 3 days ago since I am traveling out of state. The medication wasn't filled and they can only do a partial fill. The person at the register looked irritated because I informed her that I called 3 times and was on hold for over 20 min. She had to inform me that the pharmacy manager quit along with other techs. Obviously there is an issue here at this location 🙄. Do not recommend and will be transferring my meds to another pharmacy
I've waited on the phone for 50 minutes and when they answered they were rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me because my sick kid was crying which you can barely hear. You can hear the attitude in the pharmacy tech voice when she talks to you.
Dropped off a prescription last week. Was informed that they would call/text, that was 4 days ago. No notification that it's ready. I'm calling and the phone has been ringing for 23 minutes, with no answer. Never again, Hello Amazon Pharmacy!!
