The older grey haired pharmacist withheld filling a prescription for my son because she “was uncomfortable” (her words) doing so, even after speaking directly to our family physician. This was not a new prescription for him, but we are newer to living in BC. The medicine is literally the only treatment for his ailment, and is very much needed. She made my experience truly horrible as a mom just trying to get medicine for her child. I hope to not run into her at the other pharmacy in town when Rite Aid closes.
Nice clean store with very friendly helpful employees. Pharmacy is professional and knowledgeable. Great staff!

Honestly terrible customer service. The staff is very rude. I'm glad I switched to safeway. I hope this store gets shut down real soon. Partially empty store isn't gonna last long anyway.
Pharmacist, Grey haired lady, is absolutely rude. Makes me wait to pick up decongestant behind their counter every time. Unfortunately rite aid is the only store here who has the medicine I need, otherwise spare me the poor attitude, treating me like a vagrant, throwing my change into my hand like I'm filth.
